Processing time

  1. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
  3. During high-demand periods (sale, new drops), processing may take up to 5 business days — we will notify you.

Returns & Damaged Shipments

  1. Returns/replacements are accepted only for products damaged during transit.
  2. A clear unboxing video is mandatory, and claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Claims related to fragrance preference, change of mind, or without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Delivery timelines (India)

  1. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad): 7 business days
  2. Tier 2/3 cities and towns: 7-12 business days
  3. Remote/difficult areas: 8–12 business days.
  4. We ship via Delhivery / Shiprocket/ trackon/ DTDC — tracking link( details) will be shared after dispatch

Shipping charges

  1. Flat 100Rs/- shipping fee applied per order.
  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  3. Free shipping on orders above ₹1500.
    Below ₹1500 delivery fee of 100₹ will be applied depdending on your Area.

Undelivered / returned packages

  1. If a package is returned due to wrong address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer
  2. If undelivered due to customer unavailability after 3 attempts, the package may be returned — reshipping at customer's cost
  3. Always verify your address carefully before confirming your order
